Acceptance. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms presented for specific features (including subscription or payment flows).

Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Content and listings. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. You must comply with applicable laws, including fair housing and advertising rules where they apply. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or policies.

Subscriptions and fees. Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Taxes may apply. Cancellation and refund rules are described at checkout and in your subscription management screens where available.

Disclaimer. The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional legal, tax, or investment advice.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the platform will be limited as set forth in a governing agreement or applicable law.
